The first call staff are very knowledgeable! If they don't have a part in stock, they are quick to locate it. Very competitive with parts prices also! Justin and Ginger are excellent people to work with!

The young man i got to help me, acted like it was putting him out. I got a smart alec that didn't have any respect for me and my needs. He actually let me walk away, without a pinch of effort to change his attitude and go down the street for what I needed and much better service! Very disappointed. So was another young lady who ended up at the same place after me and got the help we came for and much better service. He'll know who he is. Hopefully an eye opener to get another job or an attitude change.

Had to buy a battery for a 2015 Kia optima 249.00. 50 bucks cheaper than AutoZone. In stock.

I was sold the wrong replacement lamp by another auto parts store. I knew better but they were close to where I was.
I then went to O’Reilly’s on Latah and Overland and had the fortunate experience of being helped by Ken.

He explained why the part the other guys sold me wouldn’t work (without trashing the other guys).
