Horrible service! The sold me a bad Transmission and then immediately tried to weasel their way out of honoring the warranty. They cost me over $2000 putting their messed up transmission into my car. They also admitted to me over the phone that they do not check their parts to see if they work before selling them. I would give them no stars if I could.

Wrong! The terms of sale and warranty information states that the CVT Transmissions MUST use oil from the dealer’s Manufacturer Only and keep their receipt to honor the warrants. I have my receipt which also has the type of transmission fluid that was used along with the manufacturer number. I never said I didn’t have my receipt and I will be bringing to your office. Know your facts before your eager rebuttals Oscar.
