Not very happy with this place. I was quoted one price when I called about a certain part. Was told they had it and would contact me back with the condition of it since it was an interior part. Headrest to be more exact. When I didn't hear back, I contacted them again and was told they really didn't want to separate it but would if I paid double the original price. Pretty poor way of doing business if you ask me. I also own a business and if I made a mistake on a price, which I have before, I still honored that price. It's called customer service. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

The lady that is supposed to be “customer service” I assume apparently hates her job and or her life. I’ve had amazing experiences with this company before today. Maybe she was having a bad day, if so i hope it gets better.
