Horrible customer service and absolutely poor business etiquette! Called for a part, given a time and price. Get there and told something entirely different and can hear one employee whispering to another “sale this one but tell him a hundred”.
#1 know what you’re talking about when you say it. That is literally your business.
#2 if you are going to be shady and liars at least do a better job at hiding it. It shouldn’t be hard, you can put the energy you’re not putting into being a decent human or business into being better crooks.
