Done business with several salvage yards in the past and had nothing but pleasant experiences. Roz is the exception, if I could give zero stars I would. Go in to buy an ac compressor listed online. Was told it was still in the car, ok no problem I buy it was told it would be pulled next day. Long story short took 6 days. I show up to get the compressor, I already paid for and am told it’s no good, and I have to pay an additional 25 dollars and wait several more days for another. Anyone thinking of getting parts from here I strongly urge you to reconsider.

Dishonest about condition of the bumper I paid for in advance . I was told it was nice but in actuality it is scratched up and rusty. Terrible customer service. The rude woman behind the counter told me if I wanted a nice bumper I should have bought a new one someplace else. They also told me the it would be ready for pick-up the next day and it actually took them 4 days .the very worst junkyard I have ever dealt with. Save the headache go any place else

Don’t even waste your time calling or going to this place. A call was made this morning to ask to have an item pulled off the shelf for pick up and the guy on the phone was so rude and he said he’s not going to do it. The guy was rude I hung up on him and went to another place for a part and the other part place nearby Roz’s said they Roz’s doesn’t know how to treat their customers. I received excellent service elsewhere. Don’t waste your time coming here.
