Has been over 4 years already coming to this place, I enjoy coming here even that I don’t leave close to this location but I still make the drive, that must mean something special about this place; first @ the entrance Samir is really cool guy, very friendly and respectful—Then the forklift guys running around are very attentive to customers, I know sometimes this place gets packed and they try to do their best you got to give them credit for trying to help everyone out. The ladies are the small scale are very polite, aware, and quick enough to get things moving, and normal sometimes they unsure about something they need to consult with their supervisor.
People must to take physical ID’s so you don’t encounter any issues; that simple. Make sure you take your ID, and if you’re not on file they will help you out don’t sweat it out, be patient you are NOT the only one in this world. The lady that signs the checks has her good and more or less days sometimes, but she’s there to dispatch you quickly. Many things to say but I hope this place keep growing, and keep the customer service on top. From my perspective, it has been a good experience doing business with you, thank you.
A few suggestions to you could be fixing the pavement and relocating carts, to expand parking spots and make it less complicated to exit.

2 and a half stars. Good prices overall. Some of the prices were not reflective of the quote I was given. Do not bother getting a price quote unless you are going that day. I was quoted .25 cents a pound for copper transformers but I received .10 cents a pound. Offered .12 cents a pound for stainless steel and copper heat sinks, i kept those. They classified my power supplies as tin. If i knew that, i would have kept them. They make you do alot of the work and don't communicate with you about items or prices well. I may return if I have 100 pounds or more of Aluminum cans. Otherwise, I will do my business with Widenation.

They ripped me off I brought in over 90 pounds of industrial door knobs even went ahead n took apart the the door handles n separatedf from the brass n steal they just claimed it to be low grade

It was really nice everyone was nice and friendly and was in and out in no time.They give you the top price for what you take to them.I take all my recycling toSa recycling because I know I'm going to get top price from them.
