I was there today and had no problems. Weighed in guy came and check my load of scrap iron, showed me where to unload, weight out got my check. 100% professional all the way. Was treated with respect and class. Even being female didn't matter to them. Yes it's a scrap yard there will be scrap everywhere, deal with it. As for prices, it's a fair market deal, prices change all the time. Right now the demand isn't high so you won't get a big check. That's just the way it goes. Oh I was in and out of there in about a 1/2 hour and thats with unloading 660 Lbs. by myself. Just had my pickup so they won't pull out the scrap with a crane. Which is fine because I don't need a chunk of metal going through the bed of my pickup.

They do the minimum here. Staff is less than helpful most times. Unfortunately, this is really the only one in town

very poor company to do business with every time I go in there there’s a specific weight limit you have to reach but nothing is posted anywhere and the Weights seem to always change when I go back in. they always tell me that I can leave the metal there and they won’t pay me for it. I wonder how many people they get to leave their metal there so they don’t have to pay them and they’ll get paid for it I almost seems like there’s scammers I would recommend going to a different place the employees there are very rude it’s dirty there’s stuff everywhere not a safe place to be probably if you OSHA violations that are occurring there as well electrical panels blocks by skids of materials extension cords plugged in laying on the floor but not being used forklift drivers are just all over the place

Just returned from this yard and am extremely unhappy. looking at receipt I find my payment much lower than expected. There web site gives prices paid as up to $.40 per lb. for old cast aluminum, I had 80 lbs. and It was all cleaned of everything except some had paint, and I received $.16/ lb, electric motors paid only .02 for some and .05 for others, most yards say they pay .20 / lb. I feel I was ripped off…
