Sold the part I ordered to someone else. Guy behind counter laughed at me. He had my info and could've just let me know…very unprofessional.

Victor was extremely rude. Don't know how to talk to women. Horrible customer service. Never ever again
Every time I ask for a price it's about 30% higher than all the other junk yards in town and they can actually care less. That is a great business attitude for used parts
The Hispanic/Latino man working there is very rude and does not know how to speak to customers. Especially if you are a women. Told me I would not get a refund for a part in its original form (and returned within 10 days according to the receipt.) He would laugh as he spoke to me. The owner was more understanding. We agreed on a partial refund because of course he needed to pay his workers.
The gentleman that helped me did not have what I needed in stock. He did a computer check and found what I needed in Indiana. He was very helpful but due to the quoted price coming from Indiana I declined to order the part and go another route. He did try to help as best he could and I do appreciate what he did but for me it was cost prohibited.
