They took the time to dump out a couple of the buckets and sort it so that we could get the most money for it; while patiently explaining to us how it should be sorted and answering our questions.

Visited TT&E for the 1st time yesterday. Very impressed with the organized process, efficiency, and friendly staff. From entry to exit, everything went very smoothly with a smiling, friendly, and most helpful group of employees. A big shout-out to Bobby (scales) and Robert (yard). Robert even went ouf of his way to write down where I should stay should I visit his homeland (the Dominican Republic). I'm now looking for other possible recycle materials so I can return to TT&E.
