This place need a real service advisor at the desk who listen and understand and accommodate customer concerns instead of kids who take order and read sale script to people. Might as well replace them with automated teller machine.
And put some water in that fridge. Cant believe they even said no to the water bottle when its 100 degree outside instead of go get it. Bravo tesla. Keep it up.

This place is a service center and delivery center in one place. It's very simple in terms of decor. It's easy to see from a moving vehicle and easily accessible from 45n. The staff is friendly and Megan, who helped us, is very warm and accommodating. They have superchargers here that customers can use. We arrived midweek in the morning and the place was not busy. Not sure on other days/times.
