Excellent customer service and we were very surprised how inexpensive our new wheel was. Only 100.00. 5 years ago we were quoted 500.00 from various sources so thanks Paul and Tom.

Tommy cannot be trusted. Horrible attitude and customer service.
Responding to owner:
This is my first review. I’m sorry my business partner left you a review also but honestly you do not deserve the 2 stars that we left you. I wouldn’t have bothered with a review if you didn’t sit here and called my business partner a liar in his review. Like I said in my review Tommy has a terrible attitude. When we walked in, there was a elderly man behind us so I held the door open for about 20/30 seconds for the elderly man to walk in. Tommy said “close my door, you’re letting my air out.” That is probably
Why he did not want to get the vin number for my partner, because there’s no air outside?
I have bought multiple parts here from headlights to fenders. Much cheaper prices than Autozone and comparable to online without having to do the shopping myself.
Another shop told me I would have to replace the engine in my car so I bought it here where they gave me multiple options for a replacement engine. After giving them a deposit they brought the car into the shop and diagnosed it as something much more simple and cheap to repair.
They gave me the whole deposit back and the names of a couple of repair shops that would do it cheaper than them.
I will use them any time I have the chance or need.
I contacted Tommy 9/5/18 about a engine that they had. He told me that I can come take a look the next morning. I callled him the next morning to confirm the engine is ready for me to come look at. He told me it was ready. When we got there he directed me to the vehicle saying to take a look at it and he’ll be out shortly to crank it up. He came out 5 minutes later and told me the engine is sold and no longer available… I traveled 45 miles to get to the shop. This was a complete waste of time. I don’t understand how did someone purchase the engine from under me when I was the only customer at the shop? 5 minutes prior the engine was still available. Apparently if you’re in their yard looking at a part and someone calls they will sell it to someone else over the phone. I would not recommend this place to any friends of family. Complete waste of time. Stay away.
Response to Owner:
Everything I said before I completely true but he did tell me over the phone to look elsewhere but not because it might not be available when I made my decision. He said that after I asked for the VIN number of the vehicle to run a carfax on it. Instantly his attitude changed and began telling me how carfax won’t tell me anything or help in any way. He said “If you’re really that concern about it, maybe you should look elsewhere.” We ended our call with him knowing I was coming to look at it anyways(because I was going to Carfax it when I arrive)
I’m am completely ok with first come first serve. If the engine was no longer available when we arrived.
Why would Tommy tell us where to look and tell us to go look it over and he’ll crank it up shortly? Did he somehow forget he sold the engine when we walked in? I believe that would have been the first thing he said when we walked in, if that was the case. What happened in that 5 minutes when we walked in to him coming out to us?
