I don’t even write reviews, but I will never go here again. Took my car here for an engine replacement. They said it would be no longer than 2 weeks. The lady in the lobby told me the mechanics don’t work on Saturdays, but that they wouldn’t take longer than 2 weeks MAX. Then when I called about my car closer to the date I had to pick it up they said mechanics didn’t work Saturdays OR Sundays. NOT what I was told when I initially went the first time. So that added an extra 2 days to the time frame. Fast forward, I have my car and now the engine is leaking oil. Had to take it back since I have a 6 month warranty on the engine. The owner told me if I dropped my car off Thursday (today) I would have it back the same day. I dropped it off YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and just called when I got off of work today to see when I could pick it up, to be told they couldn’t get it done today because the mechanic “had to leave early” and I can pick it up tomorrow. Total disregard for people’s schedules and the fact that a majority of us NEED our cars for our daily lives. Unprofessional. Take your money and your car somewhere more reliable.

I saw reviews after bought a Tranmission and is correct.! bad costumer service hope owner makes changes. 4 day and I have to cancel the order because I did not receive my part.

Worst customer service and I was told to pay ahead so I can have the part I needed for the next day by noon the part never came two days later and I still didn’t get anything just wasted my time

We are a repair shop our customer ordered the wrong transmission they delivered the wrong one right away when we called back on Monday and told them it was the wrong Trans said we would have a trans by Wednesday here it is the following Tuesday six days after the date they said we would have it and we still do not have it customer is in a rental car at $550 a week and they blame it was her fault for ordering the wrong trans and that’s why it’s taking so long don’t guarantee the transmission on a certain day if you’re gonna be six days later than he told us
