Stopped in today while visiting from the east coast. Totally awesome place friendly store manager. Even offered suggestions about gear that they didn’t sell because it sounded like the right fit. Wish my wallet was thicker!

What a friendly experience! I appreciate that Showroom Manager Tobi took so much time working with me today.
The store is closed due to pandemic precautions, unless you have an appointment, which was very easy to arrange via phone. They can allow one customer at a time, and it worked out very well for me.
Thanks for letting my come by and working on finding solutions for my needs. The store has some demo items to try out before purchase, which was perfect for me.
One of the most inspiring place on this planet. Go there to learn about the BDR, to buy gear that you can last forever. The staff is always very welcoming. Not very accessible. Tip I got today, never leave vehicles outside with stuff exposed, there been many burglary.
Abysmal experience.
I parted with $2,400 for a Touratech extreme rear shock and progressive front spring for my new 2022 Africa Twin during which my rider / bolt on /gear data weight data was taken during order entry. I read this weight data to the agent from a weight spreadsheet I maintained during this build.
After installing these suspension components I discovered the rear hydraulic preload adjuster was insufficient for setting sag by 0.75″ so I called Touratech tech support for advice on adding additional preload by the Mechanical Preload Adjuster ring (for which Touratech provided an unusable tool for adjusting). When I told the Tech how I was 40# over the 70# pack weight I initially anticipated, he immediately became defensive stating in a truly snotty tone “well that's the first red flag, you told us at purchase that you were only packing 35#. You have to send it back”. He clearly was disinterested finding a solution, he only seemed interested in covering his behind.
Seriously, I so regret doing business with Touratech! I chose them over dealing directly with HyperPro because I firmly believed from Touratech's reputation that I would receive exceptional customer service. That did not happen. At all.
I have a 2017 Africa Twin I weigh 230lbs and I'm an advanced rider expert adventure rider. I purchased the heavy duty fork springs and seals and the package came with it's own oil. The springs made the bike a whole new bike. With the stock springs compression was at 6 out heavy duty springs 10 out and able to smash 2' whoops at 50+ mph
