Came here for the first time to get rid of some wheels for a car I no longer owned. Quick and easy process to get it weighed and paid. Made more than I thought I would which was a nice bonus, and they follow the process for documenting who gives the scrap to a T so I appreciate no one’s stolen cats are being sold there
Friendly staff and easy process. They will direct you on where to place your materials on the yard to get the most money for them. I'm generally in and out with a check in under 20 minutes, even when I need to weigh in a few times.
Market prices fluctuate, so if you have a big load and aren't in a hurry it may be wise to call ahead to find the day with the best price for what you have.

Been dealing with TriStar since the day they open Good pricing they treat you well you can earn points from your loads you can use those points to get prizes like large screen TVs for instance but I choose them overall
My 1st time ever coming here I feel like this place ripped me off they took may copper and weighed time (of course you know the deducted weight for the plastic jacked) gave me a slip and told me to go around to the front I handed the my ID and 3 or 4 minutes later they gave me a slip with the payout $154 I've taken less (copper) to SA RECYCLING and gotten more money! I DECLINED doing business with Tri Star and asked for my copper back they did so with no problem but gave me back the deducted weight that was take off for the plastic jacket also the only reason this place has SO MANY good reviews is because the off an additional .10 per pound to your order if you give a good review I won't be going back to this place EVER.
