If you have large recycling items, this is were you can go in Winona. They weigh your vehicle upon going in and upon leaving and you pay according to weight. You drop recycle materials as instructed.

All updated streamlined entrance, scale on the way in, directions on where to go, and scale on the way out! The only time you get out of your vehicle is to load or unload and of course to collect or pay in their air conditioned new office building! You may also bump into Minnesota State Senator Jerry Miller….
