Purchased an Engine and Transmission from Young's, they didn't tell me about the 3% cc charge until I was there in person. The transmission that they gave me was not the correct transmission and they sold the one that I actually purchased. Upon contacting them regarding this, their best solution was to help with the process of obtaining a remanufactured transmission. After my request to drop off the incorrect transmission simultaneously as picking up the remanufactured transmission their tone changed and a refund (less the credit card charge) and to ‘work with their partner' to obtain a transmission that had a 3-4 week lead time was the best they said they could do. We eventually came to an agreement about the refund inclusive of the credit card charge and that they would pick up the incorrect transmission. When one of the owners came to pick it up, they went back on their word and shorted the refund. Two stars and not one star because the engine purchased was functional. It's unfortunate that we have companies like this that are untrustworthy and go back on their word. Would not recommend and will not use in the future.
