Somebody else in the scrap business told me about this place, but warned me to check their prices first. I parked where the sign said, waited ten minutes, and the guy on the lift finally grunted, *"Yeah?"*—still didn’t get off. I told him I had three cats, and he made me haul them out of my van just to stare at them. I knew what he was doing—trying to find a reason to lowball me. $20 each? Are you kidding? Absolute joke. Don’t bother. ---

I got sent here by another scrap yard, but they also said to watch out for getting lowballed. The guy on the lift didn’t even bother stepping down to talk to me—just sat there like I was wasting his time. I had three catalytic converters, and he acted like I’d be happy with $20 each because, I guess, I’m a woman? Not a chance. When I turned him down, he had the nerve to say don’t come back. At that rate, he’ll be out of business in no time. Took them elsewhere and got $100 each. Save yourself the hassle—don’t go. ---

Messaged 611 Metals about picking up an old TV, and someone got back to me fast. Showed up, got it done right then, and the price was more than fair. No drama, no runaround. If you’re looking for a place that actually works with you, this is it. ---

Been coming to 611 Metals in Willow Grove for years now, and they’re still the best. No games, no shady deals—just fair prices and people who actually care. Hard to find that in this business, but these guys? Solid. If you need a scrap yard, this is the one. ---

First time at 611 today, and it was a good experience. Staff was friendly, made it easy. Might’ve gotten a buck or two more somewhere else, but honestly, every yard I checked was paying the same. No reason not to give them five stars.
