I’ve dealt with sketchy businesses before, but this junkyard takes the cake. It’s not even a normal pick-and-pull—you have to hunt through a graveyard of cars, snap pictures of what you want, and hope they don’t screw you over. And oh, they *will* screw you over. Here’s how it went down: We spent an hour digging through their mess of a yard just to find the right car. When we told the guy what parts we needed, he hit us with a price so ridiculous I actually laughed out loud. After I stopped laughing, they knocked it down a few hundred—still way too much, but my nephew needed the parts fast, so we paid the $700 and left. They said, *"Come back tomorrow."* The next day, I drove all the way out there to pick up the parts—only to realize halfway home that two were missing. One of them was the *exhaust manifold*. So now I’ve got to turn around, waste more gas, and make another trip. And this wasn’t even the first time—I’d already been back once before. When we finally got there with my nephew, the front desk guy played dumb, acting like we never ordered those parts. Luckily, we had photos of the original quote and the receipt (which, by the way, looked like a kindergartener wrote it). He then had the *audacity* to blame *us* for not getting everything. *"Well, the guy just didn’t grab it,"* he said, like that was some kind of excuse. I stood there for 20 minutes while he spun this ridiculous story, trying to justify why we didn’t get what we paid for. At that point, it was closing time, and the mechanics were leaving. One of them took pity on us and just handed over the exhaust manifold—it was sitting right there the whole time. Suspicious? Yeah. They were counting on us giving up. We told the front desk guy we wanted the last missing part *or* a refund, or we’d call the cops. Suddenly, his memory came back—*"Oh yeah, that part! It’ll be ready Monday."* It was Friday. Monday came, and of course, it wasn’t ready. *"Come back tomorrow."* I told him flat out: *"If it’s not here by 8 AM, I’m filing a report."* Somehow, it magically appeared the next morning. After a week of running around, arguing, and threatening legal action, we finally got what we paid for. I don’t know how these people sleep at night. I *will* be reporting them to the BBB and the licensing board—this is straight-up theft, and I’m not letting them get away with it. Do *not* give these people your money.

Let me tell you, this place is a total joke. From the second we walked in, it was clear they had no intention of treating customers fairly. They tried to overcharge us for a few parts for my nephew’s old Celica—like, *seriously* overcharge. My husband laughed when they quoted the price, and they *finally* dropped it a little, but it was still way too high. We paid it anyway, thinking at least we’d get the parts fast since they promised they’d be ready the next day. Big mistake. My husband went to pick them up, and guess what? They *forgot* half the stuff. No radiator, no coolant housing, no headlight brackets—just missing. When we called them out, they had the nerve to say, *"Oops, we can give you the radiator and coolant housing today, but come back Monday for the brackets."* Monday rolls around, and now they’re saying, *"Come back tomorrow."* Are you kidding me? They’re dragging this out on purpose, just to squeeze every last dollar out of us. It’s not even about the money at this point—it’s the principle. We have a receipt with every part listed, and they’re still playing games. At this rate, I’m half-tempered to call the cops for breach of contract. Stay far away from this place—it’s not worth the headache. ---

Absolute nightmare. Ordered a transmission, got the wrong one, and it was in terrible shape. When I complained, they wouldn’t even consider a refund or exchange—just gave me attitude. If you need something important, don’t waste your time here. ---

Don’t bother with these guys. They’ll try to overcharge you for parts you can buy brand new for half the price. Called about a coolant sensor connector, and they quoted me $40. Found the exact same part online for $11.40. Why even try to scam people like that?

They’ll look you in the eye and make up a price on the spot. If you’re not a regular, they’ll charge you way more than they should. I asked for a rearview mirror for my ’08 Corolla, and they wanted $30. Same part’s $15 on Amazon. Unbelievable. ---

Worst experience ever. Called about a part, got one price over the phone, then showed up to hear a completely different number. Heard them in the background arguing over how much to charge. Saw them upsell someone else right in front of me—another customer even called them out for it. Stay far away. ---
