Honestly, I was a little nervous about buying a used transmission, but Aalba/PNP Salvage made the whole process way easier than I expected. I asked a bunch of questions upfront, and the guy I talked to didn’t just give me the answers—I could tell he actually cared about making sure I got what I needed. I’d give this place half a star if I could. I own a 2013 CR-V and needed an engine, so I paid $1,400 to the owner. He had it shipped to my mechanic in Queens Village, but they sent the *wrong* motor. My mechanic took pictures to prove it, but when I asked for my money back, they refused. I told them I’d take it to News 12 if I had to—this is how you run a business? If you’re thinking about buying parts here, don’t. They’re not honest, and they go by two different names (Aalba Salvage and PnP Automotive). Avoid them completely.

Grabbed an ML350 engine from here, and it was a no-brainer. Dominick and the crew were cool, the engine fired up perfectly, and they even dropped it off at my house so I could swap it out in my garage.
