I’ve been bringing my scrap to Abanti for over a decade, and they still beat CMC’s prices—no contest. The place runs smooth, the staff knows what they’re doing, and it’s clear they’ve put in the work to keep things organized. Sure, it gets packed sometimes, but that’s a good problem to have. Seeing them grow over the years is pretty satisfying. Keep it up, Abanti! ---

Abanti’s the top scrap yard in Jacksonville—no question. Staff is friendly, actually helpful, and way better than CMC’s. Used to go there, but not anymore. Abanti’s where it’s at.

Tried to give away a motorcycle off their lot, and suddenly I’m the bad guy? The lady acted like Santana would ban me for being nice—like, seriously? If they don’t want me there, fine. I’d rather go to Mohawk or Berman Brothers anyway. At least those places actually care about customers. These people are rude, and I don’t have time for that. If I wanna be nice to someone, I will—ban me if you want, I’m done. ---

Pulled up to weigh my steel, and before I could even finish, they told me to move because the line was too long. Fine, I’ll pull over—but then they said I had to walk up to get paid. Worse, I still had more scrap to unload on the small scale, and they wouldn’t let me back in. Now I’m stuck with a truck full of junk, wasted time, and no way to finish the job. And the closing time? Depends on who you ask. Someone needs to get these guys trained—customers shouldn’t have to deal with this nonsense just to drop off scrap. ---
