My 2006 Nissan Maxima was in rough shape—transmission fluid leaking from the axle seals, jerking like crazy when I hit the gas. I’d already dropped over $5,000 trying to fix it, but every mechanic just kept saying to replace the whole transmission. At that point, I figured I’d sell it and put the money toward something else. Ace Midtown had decent reviews, so I gave them a shot. I called them every day for five days straight before someone finally picked up. The guy I talked to was actually really nice—listened to my car’s issues and offered me $420, which was the best price I’d gotten. We set up a pickup for 11 AM that same day, but I had a dentist appointment at 2 PM. No one showed up at 11, so I waited. By 12:30, I called back, and some guy snapped at me—*"YOU NEED TO STOP CALLING BACK TO BACK LIKE THAT, HOLD ON"*—then hung up. Twice. The first guy called back at 1:02 PM, apologized, and promised the driver was on the way. I had to reschedule my dentist appointment (which cost me $75, by the way), but no one ever showed up. No call, no explanation, nothing. I’m done. First thing Monday, I’m filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office. This place is unprofessional, careless, and downright unethical. Don’t waste your time. ---

Honestly, I almost turned around when I pulled in—this place looks like a total mess. But I needed parts, so I stuck it out. The guys were all friendly enough, but I waited *forever* just to talk to someone about what I needed. Still, they had the Toyota parts I was looking for, and they actually went out of their way to help me find them. Only real complaint? Don’t leave customers sitting around for 30 minutes. Other than that, I’ll be back if I need more Toyota stuff. ---

I called, they missed it, but then texted me back right away. When they didn’t have what I was looking for, they didn’t just say sorry—they actually found it for me and sent all the details. That’s the kind of service you don’t see much anymore. Thanks again. ---

Called Anthony about some rims my friend needed. He didn’t have any, but he didn’t just leave it at that—he tracked down a place that did, texted me the number, and even sent a picture. Couldn’t ask for a nicer guy to deal with. If you need parts, Ace Midtown is the first place you should call.

Midtown Recycling and Westside Midtown Car Parts? Best customer service I’ve ever had in a salvage yard. These guys were honest, fast, and actually seemed to care. If they don’t have the part you need, they’ll point you in the right direction. They treat customers like people, not just another sale. Seriously, if you’re selling a car or hunting for parts, give them a try. ---
