Services & What to Expect

ACME SCRAP is a self-service salvage yard, meaning customers find and remove parts on their own. Vehicles are organized by make, model, and year to make searching easier. Common parts available include:

  • Exhaust systems and mufflers

The yard also recycles scrap metal, including aluminum, copper, and steel. Customers can drop off scrap or buy recycled materials. If you’ve got a big load that needs the forklift to unload it, don’t wait until the last minute. Show up at least half an hour before they close, or you might be stuck doing it yourself. ---

They let me grab parts from outside the yard too—super easy, no hassle. The guy working that day was real nice about it. ---

The new owners are way more on the ball than the last ones. They buy my scrap metal fast, don’t drag their feet, and actually know the difference between ferrous and non-ferrous. No arguments, no back-and-forth—just a straight deal. ---

This is the only place in town I’d even think about selling scrap cans or metal. Don helped me pick out the right steel for my project, and the guy knows his stuff—like, *seriously* knows it. You’d swear he was born with a wrench in one hand and a metal detector in the other. ---

Hands down the best spot for scrap. The crew’s always up for helping out, cracking jokes, and making the whole thing feel easy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I tell everyone I know to skip the other places and just come here.
