I called ahead to get a quote for scrap, and when I showed up, they lowballed me by a ton. Like, way less than what they’d said on the phone. What’s the point of lying to customers? There’s no reason to screw people over when both sides can walk away happy. Just… don’t bother unless you’re okay with getting ripped off. ---

Total waste of time. They didn’t answer my calls, and the price they gave me for the metal wasn’t even worth the gas money to get there. Not worth the hassle. ---

First time bringing stuff here, and it went smooth. The guy who helped me was friendly and walked me through the whole process. Made it easy—thanks, AMR. ---

If you’re dropping off metals, bring a book or something—you’ll be waiting. There’s no clear system, just one guy inside handling everything, and they ask for your vehicle info and tag number before they even weigh it. Then you take the slip to the window, show your license, sign a receipt… it’s a whole production. Honestly, it’s not the worst place I’ve been, but a paved lot out front and better access for people with mobility issues would go a long way. ---

The spot’s easy to find, and the lot’s huge, but the back’s so packed you can’t even turn around. Driving over all the junk to dump stuff isn’t ideal. If they cleaned up a little, it’d be a lot better.
