Got there no problem—just head to the end of 2nd Street, right where the building stops. The docks are straightforward, no fuss. Walked in, asked for receiving, and the guys there were actually friendly. They unloaded my stuff fast, no waiting around. Not sure if they’ve got showers or whatever, but honestly, who cares? I’ll be back next time I need to drop stuff off. ---

Jared fixed my issue faster and better than I thought possible. The guy was sharp, polite—no attitude, no runaround. In a world where most places treat you like a number, he stood out. Hope he gets a raise or something, because he’s the reason I’ll come back.

Overpriced shipping, broken parts, and when I asked for my money back, they said no. The people working there acted like I was wasting their time. Turns out Hoye Tractor is part of this company, so I took my business elsewhere. Southern Global Tractors? Actual humans who know what they’re doing. ---

Ordered a seal kit for my tractor, and they sent the wrong one. Took forever just to get a return label, and even then, I had to email them like five times. Sent it back in July. Still waiting on my refund. And don’t even get me started on the phone—had to call two or three times just to get someone to pick up. The whole thing was a mess, especially since I was told this place bought out Tractor Joe’s website. Wouldn’t recommend. ---

Ordered four parts on February 25, 2021. Three showed up. No call, no email, no tracking number—nothing. Tried chatting, sent tickets, emailed, called. Crickets. One star, and that’s only because I’m not giving zero. ---
