I’ve been to a lot of scrap yards over the years, and this one might be the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The guy who helped me was really good at his job—polite, knew what he was doing, and didn’t waste my time. If you’re looking for a decent scrap yard in Mississippi, this place is worth checking out. ---

The two guys handling aluminum cans in the back were quick and polite—checked me in, pointed me where to go, and that was it. No hassle, no attitude. As long as they keep taking recyclables, I’ll keep bringing mine here. Simple as that.

Hey truckers—watch out for the scrap metal on the ground, it’s everywhere. The people here are actually pretty nice to work with, though. To get to the scale, you turn onto Emporia from E 29th, go south, and just follow the dirt road all the way to the back fence. It curves right, then left, and you’ll see a big sign for the loading dock—keep going past that. After you unload, head back to the scale to weigh out and grab your paperwork. Pro tip: Bring your pickup number, delivery number, and order number. You’ll probably need all three. ---

After dealing with so many places that just want to get you in and out, these guys were actually *nice*. Helpful, friendly, and they took the time to explain things instead of rushing me. It’s rare to find that kind of service, especially in this business. Thanks for making it easy. ---

I stopped by this place the other day, and honestly, it runs smoother than most scrap yards I’ve seen. Everyone was wearing their safety gear, doing their jobs, and not messing around. The one guy I talked to seemed happy to be there—said he’d been with the company for years. Some people will complain no matter what, but the folks who actually know what they’re doing? They’ll tell you this is a solid operation. ---
