Honestly, I left pretty disappointed after my first visit. The pricing wasn’t clear at all—felt like I was guessing what things cost. And the "sorted goods" section? Took forever just to get someone to help me. But at least the place was clean, and there was plenty of space to park and move around with a trailer. ---

My wife brought in over 100 pounds of clean Friskies cat food cans and regular beverage cans—all sorted, no trash mixed in. They called it "unsorted" anyway. Over the phone, they quoted her $0.67 per pound, but the check they gave her was only $22.10. Absolute robbery. Don’t let them lowball you—get a written price first, or just take your cans somewhere else. These people are straight-up thieves. *(In response to their excuse:)* Friskies cans are 100% aluminum. You can’t get purer aluminum than that. So their "explanation" is just a weak attempt to screw people over. ---

The people here are *way* better than most places like this. Prices are fair, and the yard is spotless—no junk lying around. Plus, you won’t have to worry about driving over nails or debris when you leave. ---

The customer service here is terrible. The owner, Dawne, and the employees talk trash and have no problem cussing right in front of customers. They’ve got untrained people running forklifts and other heavy equipment, and I watched them scratch up my truck while unloading. Had to do it myself in the freezing cold because they don’t bother training staff. Avoid this place if you don’t want your car damaged. ---

Worst experience ever, especially after they dropped a pipe on my truck. I told the crane guy I’d pull the pipe off so he could use the magnet, but he insisted he had it. Next thing I know, the pipe slams onto my mirror, fender, and roof. He just said "sorry" and sent me to the office. The woman up there laughed and said, "Sorry, we’re not responsible." Unbelievable. These people shouldn’t be handling equipment—or customers.
