Name’s Junior. I called in an order for a 2021 Nissan Rogue shifter, paid over the phone, and they said they’d handle it. A week went by—no call, no update, nothing. I went to get a refund, but they kept saying it was "processing on their end." Meanwhile, my bank showed the refund was canceled by Artie Auto LLC. They straight-up stole my money and then had the nerve to argue about it. Terrible service, and I hope nobody else gets screwed like this. ---

I’ve been in the auto repair game for over 20 years, and I’ve never dealt with a junkyard this bad. They dropped off a computer for a car at my shop while my receptionist was the only one there, so of course I paid them right away. Later, I opened the box and the thing was completely green with corrosion. Yeah, stuff happens, but when I called to explain and ask for a return, they fought me on it, were downright rude, and kept saying it was "as-is." Absolute garbage. I’m done with this place—never buying from them again. ---

Bought a radio from them, and it didn’t even turn on—looked like it had been in a fire, smelled like burnt wires. Called to complain, and they just said, "We sell parts as-is." Gave them two stars because they *did* have the alternator in stock, but that’s the only good thing. Service was slow, the staff was rude, and the price jumped from $50 to $60 when I got there—before taxes. If you’re a woman, it’s even worse. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially not if you’re Black.
