The staff here is rude and lazy. The customer service is so bad I wouldn’t send anyone here, even if they begged. And they’ll lie to your face if it means saving them five minutes of work. Avoid.

Look, I’ve been burned before buying parts elsewhere. This place? They’ve got a massive inventory, and if something’s wrong, they’ll take it back no questions asked. Their computer system pulls up parts from millions of cars—same quality as NAPA, but for a fraction of the price. And the advice? Free, honest, and actually useful. I needed a part bad, and they gave me more than I expected for $40. A broken car isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a way to lose your job, your income, your ability to get by. Here, you don’t have to choose between fixing your car and paying rent. They’ll either have the part or know exactly where to find it. And if they don’t? They’ll point you to someone who does. Military, airlines, even big auto shops—everyone starts here for parts. Some things never wear out. Others do, but that’s just how it works. The point is, they’ve got your back. I called them when I was desperate, and they didn’t let me down. ---

Steve’s been helping me for years—he’s the guy I go to when I need parts. The place is easy to work with, too. No digging through piles myself, no wasting half a day. Aj pulls the parts for me, and he’s careful about it—always leaves the wiring intact, which is a huge help. Prices are fair, and they know what they’re doing. If you haven’t checked them out yet, you’re missing out. ---

I haul scrap metal here three to five times a week—it’s a side gig on top of my full-time job. The people are always friendly. The guy at the front gate? He’ll wave or say good morning every time. Simple stuff, but it makes a difference. ---

Zero stars. Absolute scam. My husband brought in over 200 pounds of 16-gauge copper wire—good wire, not junk—and they lowballed him hard. Gave him a check for $24. He didn’t catch it until he was in the truck, went back to argue, but they’d already tossed the wire in their bin. The woman there lied straight to his face, said it was telephone wire. We’re done with this place. Don’t trust them. ---
