Honestly, B&R Automotive saved me a ton of hassle. Jeff didn’t just help me find the parts I needed—he made the whole process smooth. The parts arrived on time and were in really good shape. The whole team is easy to talk to, whether you’re asking about prices or just picking something up. I’ll be back next time I need used parts, no question.

My car got hit, and two rims were stolen—what a nightmare. But Jeff at B&R Automotive made it way less painful. Not only did they have the rims at a fair price, but when one turned out to be bent, he swapped it out for me. Then I had the same issue again, and again—four times total. Each time, Jeff stayed late to fix it. He even gave me his number so I could call if anything else went wrong. You don’t see that kind of effort anymore. If you need parts and someone who actually cares, go here.

The part worked perfectly, no complaints there. But when I went back to return it for the $13 refund, they refused to give me cash because I used a prepaid card. Like, seriously? $13 isn’t going to break them. If they’re that worried about money, maybe they should work on their customer service instead.

This place is a joke. The five-star reviews must be from years ago or written by the staff themselves. The phone people are downright rude—cut you off before you can even ask a question. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while employees walked right past me like I was invisible. The one guy who finally talked to me only did it because he was printing something and I was standing by the machine. He said my alternator would be ready, but seven hours later, it still wasn’t. I canceled and demanded a refund—two days later, I’m still waiting. If you enjoy being ignored and treated like garbage, this is your spot.
