I asked for my receipt after buying something, and the guy behind the counter told me they’d have to charge me taxes if they gave me one. So basically, if I don’t ask for a receipt, they don’t charge taxes? That’s shady. I’m done with this place—never coming back. ---

Bought a transmission for my 2004 Chevy Suburban from them, and it barely made it 50 miles before dying. Took it back, and they gave me another one that only lasted 15. When I asked for my money back, they just said, *"Oh, we’ll give you a good one this time."* The sales guy’s name was Victor. Don’t waste your time here—they’ll keep lying and giving you junk until they run out of customers. And watch out: all their Chevy trucks have way more miles than they claim. They’ll say a transmission has 120k miles when it’s really pushed past 250k. Get your money upfront, or don’t bother.

Ordered a door from them, and it took a little longer to arrive than I expected. But honestly, the price was fair, and they kept their word about delivery. I could’ve gone cheaper somewhere else, but when you run your own shop like I do, you learn that reliability matters more than saving a few bucks. I try to stick with businesses that don’t mess around, even when times are tough. ---

The customer service here is terrible. They swore up and down that a part they sold us would fit our car, but it didn’t. When we tried to return it, they refused. We took it to three different mechanics, and all of them said it was the wrong part. Don’t trust this place—they’ll lie to your face and then refuse to fix it. ---

There’s this one guy who works the front desk—skinny, wears glasses. Total jerk. He’ll roll his eyes or make some smart remark every time you ask a question. I’m usually pretty easygoing, but his attitude was so bad I just walked out. I’ve bought stuff from them before when other people were helping, but this guy? Never again. Hope his boss figures out how much he’s screwing up for the business. ---
