Services & What to Expect

Basic tools for part removal are usually on-site, but bring your own if you need something specific. Payment is made by the pound for scrap metal and per part for auto components. The yard doesn’t offer professional auto repairs, but the parts can be used for DIY work.

This place is perfect for a small town—easy to get to, and there’s actually enough space to turn an 18-wheeler around without scraping the sides. The people working there are a good time, too.

Wow, the new owner really made a difference here. The place is way cleaner than it used to be, and it’s actually nice to drive around without worrying about nails or junk in the road. Hope it stays this way!

Got in and out fast, everyone was friendly, and the place was spotless. I’ll be back next time I need parts.

The wait to drop off copper and aluminum was annoying, but other than that, it wasn’t too bad. I do miss when they paid at both the scale house and the drop-off area—now you have to go all the way back to the main building for your money. Still, better than nothing.

If you’ve got old cans or broken appliances lying around, this is the spot. They’ll take just about anything, crush it down, and give you a little cash for it. You can either drive straight into the can drop-off building or haul stuff over to the big scale—either way, it’s easy. In tight money times, every bit helps, and they actually recycle the stuff instead of just tossing it.
