Absolute nightmare dealing with these people. Tried to order a part, but their payment system is broken—kept declining my card twice, no matter what I did. Then the manager called, screaming at me like I was the problem, saying my cards were “bad” and to stop calling. I needed that part *badly*, but after that? No way. They don’t care about customers, just making a quick buck. Hope this place shuts down soon. **Do not waste your time or money here.** ---

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I emailed Bobby’s Salvage on a Friday night about a weird 20-inch Ford wheel I found listed online. Figured I’d get a reply Monday at best. But within an hour, someone called back—no robot, just a real person—who confirmed they had it, told me the condition, and gave me a straight price. By Monday, they’d even sent a photo and shipped it out with tracking. The box arrived intact, and the wheel looked exactly like the picture. Shipping it from Alabama to Pennsylvania wasn’t cheap, but the whole process was smooth. The two people I talked to were actually nice, which made me wonder why some other reviews here are so negative. If I ever need another part, I’d go back in a heartbeat. Local? Definitely worth checking them out. Need something shipped? No reason not to try. ---

Look, I only called because I was desperate for a part, and I’d already struck out at two other places. Didn’t expect much. But the second I got someone on the phone, it was clear they didn’t want to help. Cut me off mid-sentence, acted like I was wasting their time, then hung up while I was still talking. And when I tried to bring it up? “Oh, you’re imagining things.” Nope. Just rude. ---

Let me be clear: Bobby’s Salvage is a scam with a storefront. The “manager” is a liar, the parts are junk, and the prices are ridiculous. My shop, Seven Stars Auto, bought a transmission for an Acura TSX from them—turns out it was *completely* broken. The gear wouldn’t even stay in Park. Their mechanic *had* to know that when they got the car, since it was sitting in Neutral when we picked it up. But when I called them out, they blamed *us*, then threatened to badmouth my shop if I left a review. Oh, and they tried to say I was making it up because I’m not white? Yeah, I’ve got the transmission in my shop right now—bring it back and see for yourself. Some “good” reviews here look fake. **Avoid this place.** LKQ saved me with a real used transmission, and I’ll never go back to Bobby’s.

Driving home, my spacer snapped, and my rim started grinding against the brake caliper. Lucky for me, I was right in front of Bobby’s Salvage. They had a rim with a tire that looked brand new, held air perfectly, and even let me borrow their jack to swap it out myself. Friendly, fair prices, and they saved me from a much bigger headache. I’ll be back for sure. ---
