If you’ve got scrap to dump, this is the spot. They’ll stick around till 4:30 if you’re the last one rolling in with a load—no rushing you out the door. ---

This place was a total waste of time. The old guy running the show acted like I was some kind of idiot just trying to ask about prices. He kept pushing this one part at me—said you couldn’t even see the hydraulic cylinder on it—so I pointed right at it and said, *"Yeah, it’s literally there."* He just walked off muttering, *"Fine, go buy a new one then."* Before that, I asked about the semi out front, and instead of giving me a price, he hit me with *"How much you got?"* Like, what kind of business runs like that? Felt like he didn’t even *want* to sell anything. ---

Bonnies used to be decent, but now? Not worth the trip. They quoted me **43 cents a pound** for yellow brass—first place I called in Pueblo was paying **$1.80**, and everywhere else in Springs or Denver was at least **$1.84**. Might still drag steel there since Pueblo’s too far, but everything else? I’m taking it out of town. And don’t even get me started on the check they gave me for a car body—**$32 that bounced**. Called to fix it, got the runaround about a "system glitch" and that Bonnie would call back. **Never happened.** A month later, still no call, still no money. Now I’ve got to haul steel all the way to Pueblo just to avoid this mess. **Never trusting Bonnies again.** ---

Small scrap yard, but they’ve got a ton of old road signs—**two for $50 or three for $60**. If you’re looking for that kind of stuff, it’s a solid find.

**$1.10 a pound for clean copper?** That’s a joke. I’ve seen better rates for *dirty* copper just about anywhere else. The guys working there don’t seem to care if they’re lowballing you—just happy to take your scrap and move on. **Go somewhere else.** You’ll get a fairer deal and way less hassle. ---
