I got a random call from this junkyard today while I was out of state. Honestly, I don’t appreciate unsolicited calls like that—it’s annoying. But after leaving a review, someone from the place actually responded, which was unexpected. Now I’m not sure if someone just messed up and put my number down wrong or if this is how they normally operate. Either way, I took another picture today (June 11, 2025) to back up my complaint. ---

Big thanks to the crew at this salvage yard! My daughter and her husband were struggling to fill a tire on their rental truck, and y’all let them borrow your air compressor—saved them a huge hassle. Really appreciate the help! ---

Look, I’ll be straight up—the manager here, Will Brooks, has a major attitude problem. I went in to return something I bought the day before, and he acted like I was trying to scam him, kept saying I must’ve used the product already. Never even gave me a chance to explain. At this point, I’d rather drive to the Broadway location and deal with Kevin or Jason than waste my time here again. Won’t be back.

Let me just say—this place has some serious issues with how they treat customers. The manager was downright rude, acting like I was trying to pull some scam just because I wanted to return a part that didn’t work. I had the receipt, the original packaging, everything. But instead of helping, he basically told me to drive 20 miles back to the store where I bought it, like this isn’t even the same company. When I asked if that was actual policy or just him being difficult, he didn’t even answer. Felt like I was being accused of stealing or something. Not cool. ---

Honestly, this place has saved me so much money on car parts. The aftermarket stuff is solid, and if something’s wrong or I change my mind, they just give me my cash back—no fighting, no excuses. I don’t even bother looking anywhere else anymore. They’re the real deal.

The people here are actually nice to deal with. They offered me coffee and even had some fudge sitting out, which was a little surprise. And the prices? Way better than most places I’ve checked. ---
