Ordered a part back in early December, paid for it and the install. Got it put in the next day—turns out it was busted. Called Ed the following day, and he said he’d get a replacement sent over. Fast-forward to January 23rd, and I’ve been calling every week since the 29th to check if it’s here. Ed keeps saying “any day now” but never actually follows through. The website says labor and parts are covered under warranty, but Ed never mentioned covering the labor separately. Now I’m stuck: they won’t give me the new part unless I bring back the old one, but I can’t get the old one off without paying for bay space while my Jeep sits there missing an axle. So now I’ve paid for a bad install, and I’m looking at paying for another install *and* bay space just to get the right part. Ed’s been short with me the whole time, and the pickup yard won’t budge—no refund until I return the old part, no options, nothing. Either way, I’m out double the labor and extra fees for a part I still don’t have. ---

Called about a rim for my Rav4, and Tony hooked me up with a solid deal. Fast, no hassle, exactly what I needed. Would go back in a heartbeat. ---

Needed a steering column for a 2000 Taurus and these guys came through. Francisco tracked it down, and I had it in hand within a week. Took it to my mechanic, and—oops—turns out they needed a different one. No problem, though. Patricia and Seth in sales made the return smooth as butter. If you’re hunting for parts, especially the tricky ones, this is the place to go. ---

Francisco at Central Auto made the whole process easy. He knew his stuff, stayed on top of everything, and didn’t waste my time. No runaround, no excuses—just good service. If you need parts and want someone who actually cares, give him a call. ---

Absolute nightmare. Paid for a part, and then they stopped answering my calls. Showed up by 12 like they said, but by 2 PM I was still waiting—and when I finally got it, they gave me the *wrong* part. Had to drive back to swap it for the AC compressor. Then the compressor they gave me didn’t even work. Dropped $400 on labor just to confirm it was junk. Now they won’t respond, and I’m out $480 for nothing. Still waiting for them to fix this.
