Three hours I sat there waiting for a tow that never showed up—not even a call to say they forgot. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time here. ---

The guys at this place were actually nice, and they knew what they were talking about when it came to parts. But man, the prices? Little steep compared to other spots I’ve been to. ---

Bought an alternator here for $108 around 4:30 on a Friday. Some guy marked it with a blue pen, and when I put it in my car, it didn’t work. Tried returning it to O’Reilly’s, but they said the marker wasn’t theirs. Now I’m out $108 and a working alternator. Don’t bother with this place—times are tough enough without getting screwed over like this. ---

If you don’t know *exactly* what part you need, don’t even think about buying it here. I grabbed the wrong one yesterday and now I’m stuck with an $81 mistake. The people? Rude. No returns, no nothing. Vancey’s is a scam, and I’m telling everyone—don’t let them list your business if they’re just gonna leave you hanging.

Back in December 2021, my Jeep got towed to Chancey’s, and someone went through my stuff without asking—took something that wasn’t theirs. I didn’t make a fuss at the time, but now I regret it. My husband got pulled over in a friend’s car, and since I’m not the registered owner, they won’t let me grab my kid’s bookbag or my daughter’s stuffed animal. That’s all I wanted. The woman who helped me was flat-out rude and wouldn’t even let me talk to a manager. My son had to go to school without his bag today. Seems like a whole lot of red tape for no good reason. If I have to replace everything in that bag, my lawyer’s getting involved—and Chancey’s is paying for it. ---
