How Self-Service Works

When you arrive, check in at the office for tools and safety rules. Once approved, you can search the lot, which is organized by vehicle type. Newer acquisitions are usually near the entrance. You remove parts yourself, but staff may help with heavy or hard-to-reach items for a fee.

What to Bring

  • A vehicle or trailer to haul parts (the yard doesn’t deliver).
  • Hand tools if you don’t want to use theirs.
  • Gloves and eye protection for safety.
  • A list of the parts you need, including make, model, and year.
  • Cash or a debit/credit card for payment.

Additional Services

While Chuck's is mostly self-service, it also offers professional installation. Mechanics can install salvaged parts or handle repairs like engine overhauls. Pricing depends on the job, so call for a quote.

I’ve been trading and buying parts at Chuck’s for a while now, and every time I deal with Tommy or John, they’re always helpful and easy to work with. No hassle, just good service. ---

Got a rear hatch assembly from Chuck’s, and it was exactly what I needed. The part was pulled carefully—no cut wires, just clean disconnections. The delivery guy even handled it like it was fragile. If you need parts, this is the place. I’ll be back for sure. ---

Ordered an engine on October 14th, and they said it’d ship in a day or two. Now it’s October 24th, and I’m still waiting—another three days, they tell me. Communication was terrible, and the tracking info was wrong. Paid extra for liftgate service, and it was a whole mess. Wouldn’t buy from them again. *Update:* Gave them another star because the engine finally showed up and works fine. Ordered through eBay, though, which was a bad idea—you don’t even talk to the actual business, just get rerouted around. Not worth it.

Do not waste your time with this place. The salespeople are useless, and they’ll mess up your order. First time, I drove 2.5 hours for a part they said was ready—turns out, it wasn’t even there. Second time, I got the wrong color, even after sending them the exact code. Total scam. ---

Been coming to Chuck’s for years now, and they never let me down. The parts are always solid, and they get them to me when they say they will. Tommy, Jonesy, Chris, and Luis—those guys know what they’re doing. The communication is top-notch, which is why I keep going back. Just picked up a 2010 Corolla engine with only 38k miles on it, and it was spotless. Also grabbed an F150 door and a 2018 Odyssey hood recently—all in great shape. ---
