I pulled up at 3:45 PM, and before I could even get out of the car, this lady with glasses just crossed her arms and snapped at me that they close at 3:50. Google says they close at 4, but she acted like I was trying to rob the place. She was downright nasty—no need for that kind of attitude. Honestly, she should take a day off to cool down before talking to customers like that. ---

I wish I could give zero stars, but Google won’t let me. Don’t bother with this place—it’s a mess. Their website lists a bunch of stuff they supposedly take, but half of it? Nope. And the woman running the scale? She’s useless. I waited 10-15 minutes while she chatted on her phone, then had the nerve to say they weren’t taking customers. Unbelievable. ---

Back when they first opened, this place was decent—friendly, fair prices. Now? Not so much. Ten years later, they’re undercutting everyone else by 35 cents a pound, and the whole process feels shady. They just haul your stuff behind a curtain and hand you a ticket. A1 was way better—faster, nicer people, and you actually got a fair deal. Skip this one. ---

This is the spot to bring recycling—always clean, always fair prices, and the staff couldn’t be nicer. Even when they’re busy, the wait isn’t bad. They even helped me sort some stuff I wasn’t sure about, which was a big help. I’ve been coming here for years to drop off copper and aluminum wire from jobs, and it’s never been a hassle. Only tip? Sort your wire the way they like it—saves time for everyone. Wish I’d taken pictures to show how clean the place is. ---

The crew here is solid—friendly and efficient. Most times, I’m in and out in about two hours. The only pain is maneuvering a 53-foot dry van in a tight space, but they keep the area as clear as they can. No complaints otherwise—good people, good service.
