Needed a few parts for my car and honestly didn’t know what to expect. The guys working there were actually really helpful—no attitude, just straight-up good advice. They found everything I needed without making me feel like I was wasting their time, and the prices were fair. Would go back. ---

This business is a total scam. First, the guy at the counter straight-up lied to me—told me they had the part I needed, but when I got there, they didn’t. Left a deposit on Saturday, and by Tuesday? Still nothing. Called him, and he fed me some garbage about the part being shipped from somewhere far away. Lies. Friday rolls around, and suddenly the part’s “here.” Oh, and by the way, he never called to tell me. I look at the fan—wrong one. He had the nerve to ask how I knew it was wrong. Are you serious? Then some woman at the counter today promised me the right part by 2:30. Yeah, right. Never showed up, never called. After a week of getting jerked around, I finally got my money back. They’re just out to take your cash and waste your time. Don’t bother with this place—it’s a joke.

I wish I could give zero stars. The people there were friendly enough at first, but here’s the problem: I bought a part off a car of the same make, paid for it, took it home, and it didn’t fit. Not even close. I called the guy who helped me, and he said no problem, bring it back, we’ll swap it or refund you. Fine. I show up, and now there’s some new guy—sounded foreign, maybe Indian or Middle Eastern—working the counter. I hand him the part, it’s clearly wrong, and he flat-out says no refund. Computer says it fits, so no refund. Excuse me? I’m not some sucker who’s gonna let you screw me over for $35 or $3500. Take me to small claims court if you want. Stay far away from this place. ---

These folks are the real deal. You can call or just stop by, and they’ll sort you out. They’ve got decent prices on parts, and if you’re looking for used tires that still have life in them or something specific for a project (like the parts I needed for my homemade rotisserie), they’ll dig it up. All you gotta do is tell them what you’re after. The wait wasn’t bad either—some of the staff are just easy to talk to, which made the whole thing less of a chore. ---

Found this place by searching for used glass online and was shocked at how close it was to me. I almost didn’t call ahead because I figured they’d ask a million questions, but when I walked in, the place was cleaner than I expected. No hassle—just a quick chat about what I needed, and they gave me a price. The dealer wanted $381 for the same part. $50? No contest. I bought it on the spot and asked if they knew anyone who could install it. Turns out the guy pulling the part off my car could do it after hours. I was skeptical—what if he messed it up?—but they pointed out that if he could take it out, he could put it back in. His install price was a third of what a shop quoted me later. I took the deal, tipped him extra, and he did a solid job, even if he talked my ear off the whole time. Next time I need car parts, I’m coming right back here. ---
