Tried calling three times, no answer. Ordered a part online, but now I can’t even check if it’s ready. Frustrating. ---

Finally found a salvage yard that answers the phone and treats you like a real person—something I haven’t seen anywhere else in Wiregrass. Too bad they didn’t have the part I needed, but I’ll be back. ---

Needed a hard-to-find rearview mirror trim piece. Called these guys once, and the next day they had it—cheap and fast. Matt and the crew really came through. Saved me a ton of hassle.

Honestly, I don’t get the bad reviews. It’s a salvage yard, not a spa. Went in last week for a Suburban bumper they had listed. Walked in, said hi to the guys, sat at the counter, and they pulled the part in about 10 minutes. Paid with a card, got a clean invoice, and the part was in good shape. Even the fog light bulbs worked. Everyone was friendly—counter guys and the lady in the back. Helped my buddy install it, and it fit fine. No complaints. ---

The parts I bought were decent, and the price wasn’t terrible. But the customer service? Terrible. From the first call to walking in to picking up, they acted like I was wasting their time. Wouldn’t even let me see the parts before buying—just pointed to their catalog like that was enough. And the hood and fender I got? Both had some grease-pencil number scribbled on the paint that won’t come off. Called to ask how to fix it, and they just said, *"Paint thinner."* Real helpful. Gave them two stars out of pity. ---
