My sales team reached out about a part we’d sold under warranty—turns out it was defective. The customer brought it back just days after the warranty expired, and we tried to return it to the salvage yard like we’d been in touch about. They flat-out refused to take it back, even though they knew we’d contacted them while it was still covered. Then, when I asked about a refund, they said they don’t do refunds—only store credit. That’s a terrible way to run a business. If they don’t fix this, we’re done working with them. It’s embarrassing how this reflects on the whole industry, and I don’t want customers thinking this is how reputable salvage yards operate. Avoid this place if you can. ---

Got a quote for $500 on parts, but the place down the road charges $300 for the same thing. The other shop even sent someone outside to check the car’s color to make sure it matched—this one wouldn’t even do that. They just told me to come in and look myself. Since I live an hour away, I’d rather drive there and get better prices *and* better service. ---

Bought a battery here, and by the end of the 90-day "warranty," it was already dead. Took it to the dealer, and the test showed it was at 1% health—less than two months old. Called to talk to a manager, and the guy on the phone had the nerve to ask what I did to my car to kill the battery instead of admitting they sold me a bad one. Then he hung up on me. No customer service, no professionalism, just trash. The 3.5-star rating they’ve got is way too high—this place deserves a lot worse. ---

Don’t waste your time or money here. Two weeks ago, they promised my gas tank would be delivered by now. Every time I called, there was a new excuse. They won’t give tracking info, so I have no idea where it is. Three weeks later, they’re still saying it’ll be here by the end of the week. Today, I called, and they lied—said *I* canceled the order. Then some guy claimed the owner said I canceled. How do you lose a paid-for part and then blame the customer? Stay far away. ---

This place is exactly what you’d expect from a junkyard—junk. They swore they had the exact part I needed, charged me $400 for it, and then gave me the wrong one. When I asked for a refund, they refused. Don’t bother unless you enjoy wasting money.
