The parts guy swore up and down on the phone that the engine had a 90-day warranty. Turns out, it’s actually 30 days. Now I’m stuck with a $1,200 paperweight. Lesson learned—never take a salesperson’s word for it. Always check the receipt yourself. By the time you realize they lied, it’s too late to do anything about it.

Honestly, I called first to check if the radiator I needed was in decent shape. The guy on the phone said, *"Why would we sell a broken part?"*—like that was supposed to make me feel better. So I drove over, grabbed it, and didn’t double-check like I should’ve. Turns out, the bottom tab where the rubber seal goes was snapped clean off, and the whole thing was leaking from the bottom. Not just a little, either. I told them the whole reason I bought it was to help a friend fix her car since the part wasn’t available anywhere else. They said I could bring it back for a swap if it was bad, but after this? I wouldn’t trust them to give me a working toaster, let alone a car part. It’s shady business, plain and simple. You might have a bunch of happy customers, but I’m not one of them. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.

The old white guy up front with the glasses was straight-up rude. He acted like I was there to steal something just because I’m Black. Never setting foot in that place again.

Roy fixed my car, and he did a solid job. The whole crew was friendly and knew what they were doing. No complaints here.

Dennis Hall’s place is where it’s at. The woman at the front desk—Jenny—was a total lifesaver. She was juggling a million phone calls, but she still made time to help me out, no attitude, no rush. Super polite, super helpful. I’m not going anywhere else for parts. If you need something, ask for Jenny. She’ll take care of you.
