Someone at this junkyard is running around with my name and Social Security number, and I can’t get a straight answer from anyone. I’ve called, left messages, even tried emailing—nothing. It’s been months of this nonsense, and I don’t even live in the same state as this place. Absolute nightmare. ---

Dropped off a package here, and the lady at the front desk, Carolyn, acted like I was wasting her time. Wouldn’t even look at me. When I set the box down, she mumbled something under her breath. Asked what she said? Got a “Whatever, it’s fine” with an eye roll. Then she grilled me about what was inside—like I’m supposed to know? Told her I had no clue, she signed, and as I walked out, she muttered about me being unprofessional before slamming the door. Rude doesn’t cover it. ---

Got a delivery here, and it was a whole ordeal. No one seemed to know what was going on, and the guy who finally took it acted like I was bothering him. Took forever just to get a signature. Not worth the hassle.

The guys who work here are solid. No drama, no attitude—just decent people doing their jobs. You can tell they actually care about helping you out. ---

This place is a dump. Literally and figuratively. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. ---
