I was in a real bind trying to find calipers for my Nissan, and Englewood Auto saved the day. Ray didn’t just point me to the right part—he actually took the time to help me track it down, which wasn’t easy. The guy went out of his way, and I’m not just saying that. If you need parts and someone who knows what they’re doing, this is the place to go. ---

Do not—*do not*—order anything from these people. I paid $615 on January 21st for body parts through Facebook Marketplace, and they took the money and vanished. When I called, they gave me fake FedEx tracking numbers—numbers so obviously fake that my local FedEx office laughed and said, “We don’t even use letters in our tracking.” Then some guy claiming to be “Jeff” (who sounded nothing like a Jeff) hit me up with a scam email demanding another $285 for “insurance” and “shipping.” FedEx confirmed it was a total scam. After I refused to pay, they ghosted me. I had to drag Chase Bank into this just to get my money back. These people are thieves, plain and simple. Run. ---

If I could’ve given this place *negative* stars, I would’ve. Worst experience ever. I’m in Jersey, needed car parts, and this guy swore up and down he had everything I needed—even sent pictures to prove it. The invoice was higher than market price, but I figured, fine, whatever. He took my money via Zelle (so no way to reverse it), charged me $58 for shipping, and then disappeared. No calls, no texts, nothing. FedEx later hit me with a new bill for $198, and now my “3-day delivery” is supposedly arriving in *March*. I’m done. Getting my car fixed without this clown, and if I ever see him in person, we’re having words.

It’s a small operation, and I didn’t even check out the back lot, but they had exactly what I was looking for. The Spanish-speaking guy was way friendlier than the other dude behind the counter, who barely said two words. Honestly, I wasn’t there to make friends, so it didn’t bother me. They got the job done, and that’s what mattered. ---
