Overview

European Auto Parts Store LLC at 5040 Brighton Blvd, Denver, CO 80216

European Auto Parts Store LLC is a Denver junkyard and parts store where customers can pull their own parts from salvaged cars. The business specializes in European brands like Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen but also carries parts for domestic vehicles. While they sell new and used parts in their retail store, the main draw is the self-service salvage yard where customers find and remove parts on their own.

Services & What to Expect

European Auto Parts Store LLC runs a no-frills self-service salvage operation. Customers walk the yard, find the part they need from the inventory of wrecked vehicles, and take it themselves. The yard provides basic tools for removal, but you should bring your own if you need something specific. They focus on European cars but also have parts for American makes, including engines, transmissions, body panels, and interior components.

How Self-Service Salvage Works

  • Walk in during open hours—no appointment needed.
  • Vehicles are grouped by make and model. A map or directory is usually at the entrance to help you find what you need.
  • Basic tools like wrenches and pry bars are on hand, but bring your own if you need something more specialized.
  • Pay at the exit gate based on the part’s condition and demand.
  • Staff don’t help locate or remove parts—this is a true DIY operation.

What to Bring

  • Your own tools if you need more than basic hand tools.
  • Gloves and safety gear—the yard isn’t cleaned for comfort.
  • Cash or a card—some yards only take exact change.
  • A part reference, like a VIN, make/model/year, or a photo of the part.

Parts Available

The yard stocks European vehicle parts but also has domestic options. You’ll find:

  • Engines and transmissions (common European models).
  • Body panels (doors, hoods, fenders).
  • Suspension and steering parts.
  • Braking components (calipers, rotors, master cylinders).
  • Interior pieces (seats, dashboards, trim).
  • Electrical parts (wiring harnesses, sensors, lights).

Selling Your Junk Car

European Auto Parts Store LLC mostly deals in salvage, but they may buy junk cars for parts. If you’ve got an old vehicle sitting around, check their cash for cars program—many yards pay fair prices for any condition.

Dropped over $2,100—including shipping and taxes—on a technical part, only for it to arrive broken. A certified installer found the defect right away during installation, so it wasn’t something I did. The seller won’t budge, just hides behind eBay’s return policy and won’t take responsibility. I asked for a little goodwill or even an investigation, but got radio silence instead. For a part this expensive, this is a joke. Now I’m stuck with a useless, high-priced piece of junk and zero help. Other reviews say the same thing—this seller’s a mess. Don’t bother unless you want to waste money. ---

My 2001 Chevy 1500 had been stuck in second gear for a whole year—what a nightmare. I’d been searching everywhere for a transmission when I finally found Roman’s place. Turns out, he had one from a GMC Yukon just sitting there. The price was fair, and when I told him I’d need to drive four hours to pick it up, he held it for me no problem. Installed it last Monday, and now my truck runs like new. On top of that, Roman went out of his way to help me figure out if it’d work for my truck—even sent me pictures so I wouldn’t waste the trip. I was nervous at first, but he put me at ease. Dude’s a stand-up guy, super easy to work with. Won’t be going anywhere else for parts. ---

Been buying from Roman for over a decade now. Just picked up a motor for my Audi A6 4.2L, and like always, the price was right and the part was solid. If you need European car parts, this is the place. No fluff, just good stuff. ---

As an ASE-certified mechanic, I know a good shop when I see one. Roman’s been keeping my Audi running for years with hard-to-find OEM parts. Whether it’s one piece or a whole bunch, he’s got what I need. These guys don’t mess around—they’re the real deal.
