This place was a total nightmare. The guy working there was pushy as hell from the second we walked in, shoving a car in our faces like we’d already agreed to buy it. Then he started talking numbers, and when I pointed out the price he’d just quoted me, he acted like I was making it up. Next thing I know, he’s saying the price is different—even though he’s the one who said it first. And when I called him out, he had the nerve to say someone with more money would just swoop in and take it. Unbelievable. I still can’t wrap my head around how someone can be that dishonest right to your face. ---

Been going here for years whenever I need parts, and it’s always smooth. You call ahead, they check what you need, and when it’s ready, they call you back. No running around, no wasted time. Honestly, it’s saved me a ton of hassle—no need to drive all the way to Greeley or anywhere else. If I’m looking for something, this place is always one of the first I call. Simple as that. ---

Look, it’s a junkyard—what do you expect? It’s a small operation, and if you go in thinking you’re at a dealership, you’re gonna be disappointed. But if you keep it simple, it works just fine. I called for a part for my 25-year-old car, and a few days later, I had it at a fair price. Parking’s a little tight, and getting in and out can be a pain, but other than that, no issues. Just manage your expectations, and you’ll be fine.

I’ve dealt with bad customer service before, but this was next-level awful. Thank god I called first—imagine showing up to this mess. The owner, some old-school redneck type, acted like I was wasting his time the second I asked about a part. I mentioned what vehicle it was for, and he cut me off mid-sentence with *"I just sold that."* Then, when I tried to clarify, he snapped, *"What don’t you get about what I just said?"* and hung up. How is this place still open? It’s a miracle anyone puts up with him. ---

Do not waste your time here. My friend and I pulled in just to ask about a part, and the guy—who I’m guessing is the owner—started barking orders before we even got out of the truck. First, he mumbled something about parking, then when we opened the doors, he lost it, pointing and yelling about where we *should’ve* parked. We thought maybe he was having a rough day, so we played along. But then he flat-out refused to let us walk around the yard to look for the part ourselves. Said he’d check his computer instead. We followed him toward the office, and he spun around screaming, *"I told you to stay in the truck!"* Like we were kids or something. We backed off, waited 20 minutes, and he never came back. No part, no explanation, just a guy who clearly shouldn’t be dealing with customers. Fort Collins deserves better than this. ---
