Let me cut to the chase—I’ve worked with Go-Go for years on a business level, but I’d also grab parts from them for my own cars. Never once had to send anything back because it was junk or they tried to weasel out of it. That’s the kind of consistency I need when I’m dealing with salvage parts. Their selection is solid, and honestly, it’s saved me from having to buy from sketchier places. And hey, they’re not some giant chain—you can tell they actually care, and that’s a rare thing these days. Small businesses like this deserve the support. ---

Seriously, the people at this salvage yard are top-notch. I’ve bought a bunch of used parts from them over the years, and I’ll keep coming back. They’ve got the good stuff—like those 1986 Buick Electra trim pieces I needed. Keep doing what you’re doing, folks. Appreciate it! ---

I needed a very specific part for my car in North Carolina, and Go-Go had it. But that’s not why I’m giving them five stars—their customer service is what really stood out. Jaret got back to me fast with pictures, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth. Even though I’m halfway across the country, I felt like I was dealing with a local shop. The body shop I took the part to was impressed too. In a world where online shopping can feel like a gamble, Go-Go made it easy and stress-free. ---

Bought an axle from them, paid a shop to put it in, and after installation, it turned out to be bent. I had to pay the mechanic to swap it out again, and after driving it for a bit, the thing started making awful noises. When I called to talk about it, the person on the phone acted like I was wasting their time. They basically said, “Just pay your mechanic to take it out, and I’ll refund you.” Like, excuse me? I’m the one who’s out thousands of dollars here. I asked if they could find me a replacement, and they said they would—but then they hit me with a $500 fee to trade it in and another mechanic bill. The whole time, they’ve been nothing but difficult, like their only goal is to take my money and not give a damn about the customer. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They’ll tell you a part’s fine when they have no idea, and once they’ve got your cash, they don’t care what happens next. ---

Found this place by luck, and I’m so glad I did. They had the part I needed at a great price, and I was in and out in no time. The staff was friendly, and I actually enjoyed chatting with them. It’s nice to see a small, privately owned business still doing things the right way—no corporate nonsense. I always try to support local shops, and this one’s a keeper.
