I paid Luis to put a used transmission in my car, but when I went to pick it up, there was a dent in it. He got all worked up, yelling at me like I was trying to stiff him on the bill. Turns out, my car’s frame was rotted out bad—something he didn’t bother telling me before tearing it apart. A month later, the rust ate through the bottom, and now my car’s undrivable. I’ve had multiple mechanics tell me he never should’ve touched it in the first place. That’s not just unethical—that’s straight-up scamming. I’d never go back to him. ---

If I could give 10 stars, I would. They had the part I needed at a fair price, and the customer service was solid. There was a little mix-up tracking it down, but they ended up offering to help with installation to make up for it. Really went above and beyond after a small mistake. Thanks a ton, GRAP! ---

I called about brake parts, and they said they had them at a good price. First call, nobody mentioned the part had to be pulled from a car—just that they had it. Next day, I show up to buy it, and suddenly it’s a whole different story: can’t get it till Monday. Fine, I call Monday morning to say I’m coming in, and the guy takes my number, says he’ll call when it’s ready. By 2 PM, still nothing. I call back, and he tells me there’s a few people ahead of me. My husband calls later, and this guy straight-up lies, saying he told me it wouldn’t be ready till the next day because I called too late. But I called at 10 AM, and he knew I needed it since Saturday. Now it’s Wednesday, no part, no call, and I lost my mechanic. Not even a courtesy message? Unbelievable. ---

Absolute nightmare. Bought struts for my 2011 BMW Z4, and Luis said shipping would take 7-8 business days. Two weeks go by, I call back, and he hits me with *"the part’s not available?"* Then he refunds me—but here we are over a week later, and I still haven’t seen the money. Called my bank today because this place is starting to smell like a scam. ---

Saved me a ton of money on a used transmission—fast service, no hassle. And when I needed a brand-new OEM part for another car, they got it for me at 40% off what the dealer wanted. Can’t beat that.
