The people here are actually nice, which is rare. They’ve got a ton of parts, good batteries, and they don’t make you feel like you’re wasting their time. If you’re looking for auto stuff, this is the spot. ---

We needed one part—simple, right? Walked in, and the guy had it right there on the shelf. No running around, no waiting. He even double-checked to make sure it was the right one. Prices are fair, and if he doesn’t have it in stock, he’ll get it. Doesn’t matter if it’s for a car, lawnmower, or ATV—he’s got it or can find it fast. Every time I’ve gone in, he’s come through. Good parts, good people, good deal. ---

I’m done with this place. I bought a starter and made it clear up front that I might bring it back if I didn’t end up needing it. Turns out I didn’t, so I returned it—same day, still in the box, untouched. The guy at the counter barely looked at it before saying, *"Nope, can’t take it back—it’s been installed."* I asked for the manager, but he just kept saying no. Wouldn’t even call Marty, the guy who was supposed to be there. Wouldn’t give me his last name. Just kept shutting me down. I left in tears. If you need a return or a different part, don’t waste your time here. They don’t care. ---

Brought my car in, and they fixed it the same day. No nonsense, no overcharging. I’ve been to Motor Blackmon before—they took a week and a half and hit me with a $600 bill. This place? Fast, cheap, and actually did the job. No comparison. ---
