Let me just say, this junkyard is a total waste of time. The guy working there acted like I was bothering him the second I walked in—like I was some idiot who didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked about a truck part, and he just stared at me like I’d asked for a unicorn horn. They don’t even have what they claim to have. I’m not coming back, and I’d tell anyone else to stay far away.

Every time I’ve dealt with Jeff, it’s been smooth. The guy’s friendly, knows his business, and actually makes you feel like you’re not just another transaction. That’s rare in this industry. Appreciate it, Jeff—keep it up.

That 500-horsepower cammed LS6 in the '78 Stepside? Absolute beast—Jeff and his crew nailed it. And the 8.1L Suburban they built up? 350K miles and still hauls 12 grand like it’s nothing. After that experience, I’m done looking anywhere else. Harris Truck Parts is the only place I’ll take my work now. ---

Ordered a "black, grade A" fender off Car-part.com from Harris, and it turned out gray with a rolled edge and scratches down to bare metal. Called to return it, and they said fine—until the guy who brought it back got hit with a 20% restocking fee. When I pushed back, they just shrugged and said, *"We don’t guarantee color or quality, we just sell fenders."* Then they tossed it back on the shelf and relisted it as "ungraded" (still black, of course). Worst part? They tried to charge me $165 to ship it up north first. Should’ve inspected it myself—live and learn. Never buying from them again without seeing the part in person. ---

Been coming here for years, and Jeff—the owner—and Sean behind the counter always make it easy. No nonsense, fair prices, and they actually know their stuff. I run a repair shop, so I’ve seen my share of salvage yards, and this one’s the only one I bother calling first. If they’ve got the part, I’m there. ---

Stopped in for a part, and the service was a mess. One guy was too busy flirting to help, the woman at the counter didn’t know what she was doing, and she was downright rude about it. I’ve been a regular for years, and this was the first time I’ve ever had to deal with that kind of nonsense. Thankfully, some younger guy finally stepped in and got me squared away. I’ll keep coming back, but I’m hoping that woman’s attitude improves—or at least gets her moved to a different department. ---
